Congrats! You've made it through the first stage of the Skincare Heidi Method!
The next Topic will actually be about Skincare.
At the end of each Unit I will be asking you all for feedback. It would mean a lot to me if you can give me your honest impressions (don't worry, I can take the constructive criticism!) on both the contents of the writing as well as the format of the Programme.
Please share your thoughts on any of the areas we've covered so far, including:
- Intro Unit that explains the way the SH Coaching Circle works. Did it make sense? Do you feel like you have a clear understanding of what we're doing it?
- Setting the Stage Unit. I know there was a bit of confusion about when to consider a post *DONE* (at least there was for me). From now on I think I'll just leave it up to you to decide. If you feel that you've got a hold on the purpose of the post then you're DONE. I don't think you actually need me to approve it or not.
- Clicking DONE. You'll be ready to move onto the next Unit when you've DONE each post in the previous Unit. Not everyone will progress at the same rate. But the main thing I will be looking for is that everyone is working through each post.
HOMEWORK: If you have a specific task or consideration from any post please add this to your Journal Post. It won't stop you from moving on, but I will give me that reminder to follow up with you.
Journal Post: Just a reminder that this is where you can store all your notes and questions that you want to track. It's also where I look when I'm trying to jog my memory of who is where in the Programme. The better you are about updating your personal thread the easier it is for me and the more time I can spend Coaching.
COMMENTS: Please comment and interact as much as you like. Read each other's comments. Reply and share. The beauty of doing this as a Coaching Circle is that we can all take a look at what everyone else does. Don't be shy. You never know where inspiration will come from.
