Post 6. Week Three Task: SOMETHING OLD.

It's time for the third and final TASK in our Check-In Challenge. Something Old will help you develop your Skincare Ritual by looking at the importance of managing your routine by setting WEEKLY INVESTIGATIONS.


Some of you might be feeling like you've barely got a handle on the Week Two Task (Switch-

Up) but don't worry - this Task builds on it and you can work on both. The idea is to illustrate how little tweaks and adjustments can make a big difference so you can't really get it wrong, as long as you only change one thing at a time.


For this week's task the idea is to bring back or re-introduce a product that you've used in the past but has fallen by the wayside. I don't recommend trying a new product for this task because it's not really a good idea to use a new product every day and certainly not without proper test patching and safe introduction.


For this challenge you should pick a product you would like to re-introduce. Decide where you would like to add it into your routine. Declare your routine by updating your Bullet Journal. Follow that routine for the week.


For those of you who have been doing Mindful Cleansing as your Task for Week Two you might want to continue with another Cleansing Task: testing a new combination or experimenting with a different option for AM are both good options.


As always, this Week Three Task will launch on Friday. This gives give everyone a few days to consider your choice and to come to me for coaching if you like.
