3. being consistent - how close are you?

Updated: Mar 11, 2021

Yesterday, in Part One of The Consistency Workshop we asked ourselves: What does Consistency Mean to You? Today we look at:

Part two: ACHIEVING CONSISTENCY: How close are you to your ideal Skincare Habits?

DO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS RING TRUE TO YOU?

How often do you achieve your own definition of *being consistent*?

Always?

Sometimes?

Maybe you feel that you've never been able to get to the point where you are doing your Skincare every day?

Maybe you do it every day but you feel like you're still just guessing at what and how to use your products?

Maybe you feel pressure to have a complicated routine and that feeling is overwhelming to you?

Maybe you need to look at your definition of Consistency in order to make sure that you're working on the right problem?

It's really important to acknowledge these feelings if you want to resolve the issues that are standing in your way. Skincare is emotional, there's no way around it. But if you can identify what is blocking you, then you can work on it.

I also encourage you to consider that it may be logistical issues that are getting in the way.

If you don't feel like your Skincare is where you wish it was, tomorrow we'll look at: Stumbling Blocks. And then it's time to launch the New Year's Check-in Challenge!
